I. Jesus is central in the Bible. (Col. 1:15-18).
II. Jesus is to be central at Bethlehem.
- A. His church. (Col. 1:18).
- B. Our worship. (Mark 9:2-8; Luke 9:30, 31).
- C. Our teaching & Preaching. (I Cor. 1:22-24; 2:2; sermons in Acts).
III. Jesus is to be central in our homes. (Deut. 6:4-9).
- A. A place where He lives.
- B. A place where He is real. (John 1:1-14; Heb. 2:18; I Tim. 3:16).
IV. Jesus is to be central in our conversations. (Acts 5:42).
- A. Evidence of love for Jesus.
- B. Evidence of the Holy Spirit. (John 15:26,27).
- C. Evidence of our love for others. (Acts 4:12; 8:35).
V. Jesus is to be central in our lifestyle. (Col. 3:15-17).
- A. Life in Jesus. (Gal. 2:20; 3:26, 27; Col. 2:11, 12; Romans 6:3ff).
- B. Life committed to Jesus. (II Thess. 1:11, 12; Luke 9:23).
