Have you ever heard someone shout the words “heads up”? When I was young, I mistakenly thought that meant look up in the direction of the shout. Instead, I should have considered it a warning, one black eye later and lesson learned. Many of us believe that if we follow Jesus and obey his command to “love each other” that things will go well. This week Jesus shouts, “heads up!” let’s look at his warning.
