How's your worship Ps. 95

Introduction

Worship is what we were created to do, in fact it is what angels were created to do as well. We were truly created to worship our creator which is God. Because of sin we worship other things such as fame, finances, and other people.

Its the reason we have posters of our favorite athletes, pictures of our dream house, and our favorite car in a hot wheels addition. We have lost sight of where our true worship should be and that is Jesus Christ.

In Psalm 95 we have a summons to worship the Lord. This morning I want us to look at how we worship, why we worship, and what happens if we don’t worship.

we must be careful that the songs we sing aren’t about us, but rather about putting Jesus in His proper place, high and lifted up.

Can I tell you this morning that the music we listen to and the music we sing matters, there have been way smarter people than me that have done scientific research on the affects of music on the brain.

Music effects our mood along with many other things in our life. \
