Matthew 14:23 NKJV

23 And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there.

Getting apart to pray and hear God can be critically important.

Moses was separated from the people for 40 days.

This church is a NICE church

Don’t be afraid to rock the boat

You haven’t been doing it my way & have been trying to make it convenient for people to serve.

Jesus called people and some chose to lay everything down

-I need to simply set out the vision and let those who see it choose if they will run with it or not.

Staff members are not the only full-timers here - we are each supposed to be full-time Christians

I served for 2 full years full time before ever coming on staff & I would find a way to do it again today if that was the Biblical pattern for us to follow.

Paradigm Shift - We must move from doing what we are doing and fitting God in around that to asking what God wants from us and then building our life around that thing!
