The Greatest Commandment. 34 When the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together, 35 and one of them [a scholar of the law] tested him by asking, 36 “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” 37 He said to him, “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. 38 This is the greatest and the first commandment. 39 The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 l The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.” [1]
22:40 these two commandments: The 613 commands of the Mosaic Law are distilled into two prescriptions: love God (Deut 6:5) and your neighbor (Lev 19:18). These summarize the spirit of the entire OT (law and the prophets). According also to Paul, love is the greatest theological virtue (1 Cor 13:13) and fulfills God’s moral Law (Rom 13:8–10; CCC 1822–24).[2]
6. The Pharisees, hearing that he had silenced the Sadducees, gathered together against him, and one of their number, an expert in the Law, cross-examined him. Following the testing of the Sadducees, the Pharisees came. The Lord had consistently responded to the Sadducees concerning the resurrection so that the Pharisees might be convinced that the faith in the hope of the resurrection was contained in the Law from which they argued. But the Pharisees glorified themselves in having knowledge of the Law, which anticipated the future by comprising an image of the truth which would ensue[3]
Because Josephus names the three leading Jewish “schools of thought” as the Pharisees, Sadducees, and Essenes, and because the Pharisees, scribes, and Sadducees appear in the NT as opponents of Jesus, the importance and roles of these groups in Jewish society is vastly overemphasized[4]

We have to make the same question
Make us the same question with the eyes of faith
With is the most important thing to do in the life, don no waist time life is only one, suppose that you have only one day, one hour, or this is your last day what is the most important thing that I have to do, this is important because from this depend your salvation. God what is the most important thing that I should do?
You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind, you shall love your neighbor as yourself.
1. Why should I love God.
First God deserves this love because he loved your firs with all his mind, with all his soul, with all his heart.
Even he is God, he loves you with a human heart a heart that suffer for you, a heart that is waiting all they in the chapel. God deserves this love, because he sweeps blood for you, he shed his blood for you, he carry a cross was hanging, a was trespassed because he chose this death that you have life forever, by your sins you must scourged, receive the pain for your sin all because he loves you.
2. How should love God?
Fear not: no matter how great your love for God is, you will not overdo it. The measure of loving God is to love Him without measure.
Jesus says if you love me, you keep my commandments, when you put Jesus’ firs in your life, what would Christ do in my place, in my age?
3. The rule of love.
"Love and do whatever you want. If you are silent, you will be silent with love; if you shout, you will cry out with love; if you correct, you will correct with love; if you forgive , you will forgive with love. If you have love rooted in you, nothing but love will be your fruits.
And we must love our neighbor, as our ourselves, for you cannot love your neighbor as yourself, if you do not yet love yourself.
Yes I love because take care of my body, no this also the animals do, we love our selves when we look after the most valuable that we have our soul. For he who loves wickedness hates his soul.
Two things love means avoid harm the other and look for his good.
We do no love our selves when we commit a sin, when we commit our sins, we heated our should, and became a murder of our should.
If you love another, you cannot kill his should, if you invite to make a sin you no love your brother, you heated.
If you love your cannot invite to make a sin, you no love your friend, you no love your girlfriend you heated them, because you make the enemies of God.
Who love does not make evil.
4. Love with works, no with words.
If we love, Good we must make good to him and to our brothers, if we are like Judas that with the mouths says I love you, but with his actions he betrays Jesus.
We have to love, God because he loves us firs, and give everting for us, and we have to our neighbors us ourselves, that means to look for mi salvation, and for his salvation. To make them friends of God, because if I invite them to committee a sin, I make them enemies of God.
I you really love others never help or advise them to commit any kind of sin, because the friend of a murder is also a killer.
