Man is a spirit being!

1 Thes. (Chapter 5)
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
Body in the Physical realm
Soul in the mind and spiritual realm
Spirit- Spiritual realm (Heart)
3 in 1 in Gods image
Hebrews (Chapter 4)
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow,( physical) and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Spirit)
Rebirth of the spirit of man
2 Corinthians (Chapter 5)
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Spirit saved but soul is not It take the word of god to save our soul
James (Chapter 1)
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
Planted word of god taking root in the soul of men. On going process!
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain
. 27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Purifying of the soul!
1 Peter (Chapter 1)
22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
We live in the day of the 23rd Psalm
(Psalm 23)
1  The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me
;Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me
5  Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over
6  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Natural man cannot receive the things of the spirit
1 Corinthians (Chapter 2)
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
We should be careful not to mixing the wisdom of man( knowledge)
with the wisdom of God
God has told us what to do with our natural minds and with our physical bodies
The mind!
Isaiah (Chapter 26)
3  Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace,Whose mind is stayed on thee: Because he trusteth in thee.
4  Trust ye in the LORD for ever:For in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
The body
Romans (Chapter 12)
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
