And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God. Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many: And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready. And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused. And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused. And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.
And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
Introduction:
I spoke about this a couple of Sundays ago and the LORD instructed me to deal with this text. Why? Because we are running out of time......this is an urgent time. We are running out of time.....time is running out.
The rapture is imminent. The anti-christ will be revealed soon.....the false prophet I believe is already at work. The mark of the Beast is on it’s way. Time is of the essence, we don’t have time to play around, we don’t have time to slip and slide, peep and hide, sleep and drink, poke and smoke.
TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!! The great feast will be taking place very soon. YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU’RE ON THE GUEST LIST AND THE THE GUEST LIST IS CALLED THE BOOK OF LIFE!!!
The mission of the church is not to have church. The mission of the church is not to have a good time......and this we will do but it is not the main priority. The mission of the church is to preach the gospel to every creature, he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, he that believeth not shall be damned.
Dearly beloved, the LORD gave me another message for the church that it is time to COMPEL!!!
Did you hear what I just said.....see some of you don’t believe the word already. But when God sends his word, He will always confirm his word.
Wednesday before, I was sitting at my desk at 4:28am writing and recording what the LORD was speaking to me. And the LORD told me that when I speak to my body.....my body performs.
It’s just like your body, when your brain gives a signal to the body to perform a certain action, the body comes together to accomplish the task........
THAT IS UNLESS THAT PART OF THE BODY IS DEAD OR NOT A PART OF THE BODY AT ALL!!!! YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS SAINTS OF GOD!!!
GOD WANTS HIS BODY TO COMPEL!!!!
I said last week, God wants us to go beyond just asking people to come to church. GOD SAID COMPEL!!!
Let me show you what compel looks like:
And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.
They took Simon, probably by hand and they made him bear his cross. They PULLED HIM!!! THEY PULLED HIM OUT OF THE CROWD!!! YOU GOT FAMILY MEMBERS THAT YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO PULL!!! YOU HAVE FRIENDS YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO PULL, YOU HAVE CO-WORKERS YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO PULL!!!
EVERY ONE SHOUT COMPEL!!!
Let’s deal with the text:
A man prepared a great feast and sent out many invitations. When the banquet was ready, he sent his servant to tell the guests, COME, the banquet is ready.
Jesus himself said “I’ve gone away to prepare a place for you, that where I am you may be also.” And when Jesus is finished, He’s coming back to take us HOME!!!! I feel like shouting off of that one right there.
Jesus then says, that when the man sent out the invitations, that people started making excuses for why they couldn’t come. The disregard, the contempt that they had, this man worked hard.....yall don’t hear me. This man gave his best and sacrificed and worked hard to prepare this feast and then people started making excuses for not coming.
I would’ve come but.......I would have done it but......I thought I had enough time but....
LISTEN......Jesus then says, the servant returned and told his master what they had said and the scriptures declare “His master was furious!”
This is the WRATH OF GOD THAT THE BIBLE SPEAKS OF!
ROMANS SPEAKS OF THIS WRATH:

Jesus then says “Go quickly”.........DID YOU HEAR THAT CHURCH......MAKE NO DELAY......GO QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE A PART OF THE BODY OF CHRIST......YOU DO WHAT THE LORD SAYS!!!
NOW IF YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE BODY......YOU’RE NOT GOING TO DO IT.
AND SOME OF YOU WON’T DO IT BECAUSE YOU’RE TOO EMBARRASSED, YOU’RE AFRAID OF REJECTION. AND HERE IT IS JESUS SUFFERED FOR YOU, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE PRICE THAT JESUS PAID FOR YOU!?!?!
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE PRICE THAT THE SAINTS IN THE EARLY CHURCH PAID FOR YOU TO HAVE THE SALVATION THAT YOU HAVE TODAY.....AND YOU DON’T WANT TO TELL NOBODY ABOUT JESUS.......YOU DON’T WANT TO COMPEL THOSE WHO YOU LOVE TO COME TO CHRIST BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!?!

Jesus then says “God quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and invite the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame.”
The song said I once was blind.....but now I see. Some of us were blind, some of us were poor in the spirit, some of us was crippled and couldn’t walk in the things of God, some of us were lame. BUT THANK GOD, THAT WHEN OTHERS REJECTED HIM......IT GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET IN THE DOOR!!!!
AND WHEN PEOPLE REJECT THE LORD......HE’LL GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO TAKE THEIR PLACE. SO GO AHEAD AND SIT DOWN ON THE LORD IF YOU WANT TO......HE’LL REPLACE YOU!!! GO AHEAD AND DENY HIM......HE’LL GIVE YOUR SEAT TO SOMEONE ELSE.....AND HE’LL GIVE IT TO SOMEONE THAT WASN’T EVEN WORTHY!!! THAT’S US IN HERE.....THE LORD HAS GIVEN US A SEAT AT HIS TABLE....AND I DON’T KNOW HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT IT.....BUT YOU OUGHT TO BE GRATEFUL!!!
