Psalm 8:1 NIV
Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens.
David tells of “yhwh adon” as he references the Lord, telling of the judge, ruler, supporter. When he references name in the first verse, as I was cross referencing, I found that this also meant reputation. Glory in verse one, also comes out to mean glory (state), referencing reputation once again. Established gives the sense of appointment of duty. Enemies and foes, focuses on a personal enemy according to the translation. Honor could also reference crowned
