*Sandy**’s Marriage Vows*

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of God and this family to join this man and this woman in the bond of holy matrimony.

The covenant of marriage was established by God at creation.

It was blessed by the Lord Jesus by his presence at the wedding of Cana of Galilee.

Marriage is symbolic of the spiritual union between Christ and His church.

Marriage is commended in scripture and is to be honored by all persons.

The uniting of husband and wife in heart, body, and spirit is intended by God for their mutual joy and well-being.

Marriage is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly but reverently and in accordance with the purpose for which it was instituted by God.

Into this holy marriage relationship *Tracy Kellum* and *Sandra Hamilton*, come now to be united.

*Tracy*, do you take this woman to be your wife, to live together in the sacred covenant of marriage?

Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health; and forsaking all others, be faithful only to her as long as you both shall live?

Since *Tracy* and *Sandy* have consented together in holy matrimony before God and these friends and have exchanged vows and rings; therefore, by the ordinance of God, I pronounce them husband and wife in the name of God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Whom God hath joined together let no man put asunder.
