1 Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: Except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
How many battles were won in the Old Testament because people talked to God about their needs
I know that strategy is important, I know that leadership is important, I know that vision, and clarity, and action all of those are extremely important
But those things in and of themselves will never be truly successful
If we are going to go forward we are going to have to go with God’s Word
unless the Lord builds a house - they labor in vain...
Commit with me that at least for one hour this week (can be split up into days) but totaling at least an hour we will pray and fast for our church
Fasting - putting aside things - food, gadgets, games
all of us from oldest to youngest -
Pray for Wichita Bible Holiness -
If you spend 10 minutes a day fasting and praying Monday - Saturday that is an hour
Now this isn’t your prayer time - this is separate - we are praying specifically during this time for our church, for all who go here, those we’ve lost, those who need to be here
