Deuteronomy 7:9 NASB95

“Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments;

Hebrews 11:6 NASB95

And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Gods faithfulness is Gods truth and Gods truth is his word and we must

2 Timothy 2:15 (NASB95)

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.

We should respond to Gods faithfulness by making a statement, I trust you God and when we trust him we show God we trust him through our faithfulness.

So faithfulness is the definition of faith.

James 2:26 NASB95

For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

1 Peter 5:6–10 NASB95

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. Be of sober spirit, be on the alert.
