A strong feeling...

We live in a very tumultuous world. Every day, things are happening in the news. There are many things that do not line up with Gods definitions and I would like to clarify some of them...
- First, God loves all of us and wants the best for all of us. He does not want anything but the best for us. His original plan was to provide a world that we can work to maintain and flourish, providing food that will nourish us so that we can have a relationship with Him...Genesis 1-3.
- Next…everything is created by God. We have to believe and hold onto this truth for us to be lovers and believers in Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. Genesis 1-3.
- Next, There are 2 sexual definitions. There are males and females. Genesis 1:27... “God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Any other definition is someones feelings. If we govern ourselves by feelings, no one will survive, let alone know the truth. But no matter how someone feels, we are to love them.
- Saying that, marriage is biblically defined. Genesis 2:22-24 “The Lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. The man said, “This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.” For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” There are civil unions and marriages. The first ministry god created is marriage. Roles for the male and female are clearly defined throughout the Bible. Civil unions are not defined in the Bible. In other words, they are not blessed by God as said in Genesis 1:28... “God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.””
- We fell away, God did not leave us. Over time, we matured, fell, drifted away and came back, and drifted away, and came back, and…well, you get the picture. Our Father God has not changed. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. We have had wars that have annihilated millions of people, brothers and sisters. We have abused the land we have inhabited. Looking at the stories in the bible, we could spend years trying to understand them.
They are all relatable to today. And yet, we still create small scale wars and don’t see that having a war will not fix anything. Only God can fix things.
We are Gods children…adopted and grafted into the vine. Not everyone is a child of God. Human nature shows that we are like our Jewish brothers and sisters. We matured, fell, drifted away and came back, we matured, fell, drifted away and came back…and so on. As said in John 15:5...“I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.”
‌GOD put this on my heart about 10 years ago. It’s always in my mind, but GOD lit it up so brightly through another message a few months ago, that I feel compelled to continue to preach about Unity.
What is Unity? Is it getting along with each other? Is it hanging out and having fun with each other? Is it being in the same organization thus having a common or common thoughts about something? Or is it knowing that wherever your friends, family, or colleagues are, they have the same feeling about your common stuff? ‌Unity, defined by websters dictionary means: ‌- the quality or state of not being multiple: ONENESS ‌- a condition of harmony: ACCORD ‌- the quality or state of being made one: UNIFICATION.
Biblical Unity is the same definition with one focus…The Kingdom of God
- The Body of Christ should be united. We are supposed to be united. We are all on our own journey. We have different paths to Jesus. But we have one God, one Jesus, one Holy Spirit. Why do we walk away and do things and not support each other. We all cannot do everything, but we can be supportive. Reach out to each other and touch base to encourage and lift up. Not everyone is at a high point in their lives. We all do not show our troubles on our faces, but we all know we have one hope.
Some scriptures about unity.
-1 John 5:19-20... “We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.”
- Philippians 2:1-2 “Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.”
Psalm 133:1... “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brothers to dwell together in unity!”
This is what Jesus said about unity of the Body of Christ...John 17:22-23The glory which YOU have given ME I have given to them, that they may be one, just as WE are one; I in them and YOU in ME, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that YOU sent ME, and loved them, even as YOU have loved ME.
This is our time!!! We are primed to be bold. We cannot afford to be silent. Email your political representatives. Become the one that complains about things you feel strongly about. 1 Peter 3:15...But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,
- Do not defend Jesus; He can take care of Himself.
- You don’t have to be fanatical to be a recognized believer and lover of Christ Jesus. Just be different.
- Stay away from off color jokes.
- Speak up against CRT and Woke talk.
- Recognize each other as persons not by color or race. In other words, I’m a Christian, not a black Christian. Drop the pronoun and hold to that.
- Spread the Gospel. We are to carry our the great commission. If you love , you will profess.
- Don’t be afraid to go to a different church and be what God desires…United. Tell them about the movement to unite ministry. There is no other one out there. AMEN???
P S A...
<There are many more. I have a list that I can send you a list. This is my ministries focus. Unite For Hope Through The Word Of God. I have business cards for anyone that’s interested in helping and supporting the ministry. 90% of all donations go to those here and overseas who have a need…and there are lots who have a need.>
**** We are the Body of CHRIST ****
‌One Body, One mind, One main commission…
Matthew 28:19-20Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
We have different gifts to use for the Kingdom.
Ephesians 4:11-12And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the BODY of CHRIST;
‌Why aren’t we all united in CHRIST through the Word on GOD? There is only one word, one truth, one life, one light, one body, one Holy Spirit, one JESUS CHRIST, and one GOD!!!
