Literally, “flowing” with prosperity. Wealth is not condemned in Scripture but is seen as a good gift of God. However, affluence has its dangers.

Godly affluence

Over-attachment to riches

The one who loves money will never be satisfied with money, he who loves wealth will never be satisfied with his income. This also is futile.
