Genesis 1:6

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good

The words firmament and heavens are two different words with two different meanings.

Psalm 2

2 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

Romans 1:18

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

In the Greek verse 18 reads like this. “MEN WHO WITHHOLD THE TRUTH” And folks that is what our leaders do. They know the truth and they keep it from us.

Now back to Genesis 1:6

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

Waters are below us and above us. Divided by what? The firmament. When you look up at the sky you are looking at water. That’s why its blue.

Firmament in Hebrew means Rakia. This means to pound on something solid like metal. So we are in a bubble if you will or a dome.

Some translations even say that God made a dome to separate the waters from the waters.

The word firmament means a dome. A hard solid dome.

Job 37:18

18 Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

Strong here means hard. You aren’t getting through it with a rocket. Molten here means it is cast like metal.

When your kids ask. Why is the sky blue? Tell them because on the other side of the glass up there is water.

This is why we have rainbows. They are reflections of the dome. You know you can’t have a rainbow without glass?

Psalm 148:4

4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

This is 1500 years after the flood. So the waters are still there as is the firmament.

Ezekiel 1:21

21 When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.

22 And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

23 And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

25 And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.

26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

The bible says three times that the sun and the moon are inside the firmament. Modern science says that the sun is 93 million miles away.

Job 37:21

21 And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.

Psalm 19:4-6

4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

The reason our government changed the truth is simple. One they are sun worshipers. They do not worship the SON of God. Instead, they worship the SUN in the sky. And that is why they try to teach us a lie that the earth goes around the sun. But it doesn’t.

They worship the creation over the creator.

Proverbs 8:27

27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:

29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

Job 38:14

3 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

14 It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment.

The first man to reach the heights of the earth was in 1931 and his name was Picard. He reached 52,000 feet. This is how he described what he saw. You can look this up. This is from popular science magazine in 1931. By the way Picard was a scientist.

“He said the earth seemed like a flat disc with an upturned edge” Of course this was before NASA.

Revelation 4:6 KJV

6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

Remember God sits upon the circle not ball of the earth. This verse describes the firmament. It looks like a sea of glass.

Genesis 7:11

11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened

2 Peter 3:5

5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

Standing not rotating.

By the way light can only travel so far. Light doesn’t travel very far.

Genesis 11:

11 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

If all that is up there is space why is God stopping them? They knew that heaven was above.

By the way. This is why our government spends so much money in trying to get past the firmament. Fallen Angels want out because they know they have a short time to get out.

Mark 13:24

24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

How do you land on a light?

Revelation 21:23

23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

1 Corinthians 15:41

41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.

Ezekiel 32:7

7 And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the heaven, and make the stars thereof dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light.

8 All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark over thee, and set darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord God.

Jeremiah 31:35

Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:

Isaiah 13:10

10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.

Job 38:4

4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?

6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;

You use a line to measure a flat surface not a ball.

1 Timothy 6:20

20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:

Joshua made the sun and moon stand still. Meaning the sun was moving not standing still and the earth is sitting still.

Joshua 10:12

12 Then spake Joshua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.

13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

Job 9:6

6 Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.

1 Samuel 2:8

8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them.

Psalm 75:3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
