Why should every saved person shout?
There are three REASONS:

I. Because Of Where Your Name Is. Vs.17-20

They had returned in pride. V.17
17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
They were rebuked by Christ. v
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
There are five times Satan is cast down in the Scriptures (five being the number of death). Satan is 5 letters and Devil is 5 letters.
From his position in the third heaven as “the anointed cherub” that covered the throne of God down to the second heaven before Genesis 1:2 (see Ezek. 28:14–16).
From the second heaven to the first heaven (see Eph. 2:21) at some point before Luke 10:18.
From the first heaven down to earth during the Tribulation (Rev. 12:7–9, 12).
From the earth to the Bottomless Pit at the Second Advent (Rev. 20:1–3).
From the Bottomless Pit to the Lake of Fire at the White Throne Judgment (Rev. 20:10).
They were reminded by Christ. vs.19-20
19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

II. Because Of Who Showed You The Bible. V.21

Notice how Jesus prays.
21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent,
Notice Who revealed what to whom.
and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father;
John 16:12–14
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
Notice why God did it that way.
for so it seemed good in thy sight.

III. Because Of What You Have Been Taught. vs.22-24

You have been taught salvation. v.22
22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
John 6:44 “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Matthew 28:19-20 “19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
You have been taught Scripture. v.23
23 And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:
You have been taught the Saviour. v.24
24 For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Are you shouting?
