Mufashas Lessons Responsibility-He tells Simba that being king means looking out for the well-being of all the creatures in their kingdom The Circle of Life:-Mufasa teaches Simba about the Circle of Life, explaining that all living things are interconnected. He emphasizes that every creature has a role to play in the ecosystem and that they must respect this balance. Courage-He tells Simba that bravery is not the absence of fear but the ability to overcome it. Learn from your past-He advises Simba to use the past as a guide for making better decisions in the future. Leadership and Sacrifice-He gives his life to save Simba from the stampede, demonstrating the selflessness and sacrifice that true leaders should be willing to make for the ones they care about.

Mufasha was reshaping in Simbas mind, what it really meant to leader

Too often we forget that the bible calls the people of God to be leaders

In Exodus 19 God tells his people that they will be kingdom of Priest, one that would be a Example of what a Holy Nation. Reconciling people to God

But they didnt do that , instead they wanted nothing to do with the outside nations, they separted themselevs and created systems that would keep them or anyone who mixed with them out of they “ Holy Nation”.

The same message is passed though the in 1 Peter that we are a Holy priest hood

too often we forget that we are called to be leaders that serve others

TSA as a Supervisor

when i first became sup i remember that i was focused leading my team not with my title but by example

but the more time, and experince i got the more corforable i became only leading with my title

yes there where things that officers couldnt do

but there was a season whee i found myself justifiying the right that i ihad as a sup to not be out on that floor anymore, that i had earned my position and if they wanted to get like me then thay should promote.

Why do we sometimes belive that that higher we move up in position and status the less responsiblity we have to serve the people who we lead

in the same way I’ve noticed that the is that the longer we are christians it seems like the less likely we are to serve in our communties or local church

There is no timeline on diciplship

many want the position leading but refuse to serve.
