Luke 12:38-40

38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.

39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.

There is nothing I can say to day to help or hurt Joe he has lived his life and transitions to another place

Joe was man that always intreated me with his smile and a willingness to talk with me

I beleive he had good intention when he would tell me he was coming
We all have good intentison but life or something that we like beter gets in our way
I think Paul said it better
Romans 7:19 “For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.”
Life is a battle the question do you want to wind or lose
Many people think that just because they repeated the sinners pray after the preacher its all done
but the the word of God says in
Romans 10:9–10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV 1900
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
When we become new there is a new outlook
We don’t use the same logic that we have used before
We don’t work the same old tricks
We stop using falsehoods
2 Timothy 4:5–8 “But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”
