What is the kingdom of God?

The kingdom of God is where God reigns directly. Where things are being run according to his will. Jesus intends through this parable to explain us an aspect about the God’s reign. God’s reign or control in someone’s life is like a invitation to an abundant meal. In the biblical world, spiritual abundance expressed in peace, joy and love so on and so forth are expressed in terms related to satisfying food. For example, in John 7 the Holy Spirit is likened to thirst quenching water, or 1 Peter 2 the Word of God is likened to nutritious milk.

However there are people who reject this offer and have a specific behavior that manifests when rejecting.
