Intro: How did the Lion Become the King of the Jungle

He’s not the biggest-Elephant

He’s not the fastest-Cheetah

He’s not the Smartest-Orangutan

A. So How Did the Lion Become Recognized as the King of the Jungle-His Attitude!! An Attitude He shows through His Roar!

1. Why Does a Lion Roar? A Lion Roar’s When He is on the Hunt!

Amos 3:4

Amos 3:4 (NKJV)
Will a lion roar in the forest, when he has no prey?
Will a young lion cry out of his den, if he has caught nothing?

2. Many Lions have lost their hunt, therefore they lost their roar. They’ve been beaten down. They’ve been told their not the biggest, the fastest, the smartest, so they’ve accepted what they’ve been told. They’ve given up the hunt

3. The Hunt represents the

a. Need to Overcome the Biggest Obstacles in Your Life.

b. Desire to Overcome What is taking down your family, your friends and those who can’t defend themselves.

c. Vision to Change Your World, to make the Statement; We are not the hunted, the prey. We are the Lions

B. How Do You Get Your Roar Back

Amos 3:7-8

Amos 3:7–8 (NKJV)
Surely the Lord God does nothing,
Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.
A lion has roared!
Who will not fear?
The Lord God has spoken!
Who can but prophesy?

2. Recognize You are the One
