We talked from the subject “When I don’t like me” and i believe some people were able to be FREE from that Low Self-Esteem.
Today,
We are talking the “A” Word.
Our title today is
“Attacking Anxiety: How to attack what seems to be attacking us”

The Question Becomes,
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a Feeling of Fear, Dread, and Uneasiness.

It may cause you to sweat, feel restless, and tense and have a rapid heartbeat.

There are a few things I want you to note tonight.
You are not strong enough to fix it by yourself
