Psalm 139:13–14 NIV
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
State: God created the process of creating you in the womb
Who or what decides what elements of your parent’s DNA you get?
Was John the Baptist just coincidentaly born with the pre-disposition to live the life he did?
or
Were the attributes of self-denial and holiness before God put into him?
Was God waiting for the right combinations of DNA coming together before he could deliver Israel from the Egyptians
or
Did God create Moses with the personality and pre-disposition that would enable him to do what he did?
Did the suffering poor of Calcutta need to wait until the right DNA came together to create someone like Mother Theresa who would give her whole life to serving and living with the poor?
State: The bible says that God knew us BEFORE we were formed.

16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.
