Introduction
Today is a bittersweet day. A day I was not looking for, but I hope that today can be a day where we can look at the Word and remember some of things we have learned over the past five years from the Word of God and our lives together. I pray that today we would be challenged as we go into our next chapters. God is still at work! God is still working in you and on you, He is still working on me and still working in me. He will continue to use Victory Bible Church if his church (you the Body of Christ) continue to be faithful to Him and what He has called you to do.

How have you grown over these past five years? When you look back at where you were in May 2018 and where you are today in October 2023, have you grown closer to Christ?
First challenge to the church
First challenge to the church
As we open today I want to remind you of what my hope was when I came in 2018. That I would be a faithful witness and servant that as Paul said to Timothy:
2 Timothy 2:2 “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
And as Paul wrote to the Church in Corinth
2 Corinthians 2:14–15 “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.”
Now the things you have heard from me and Ron and other faithful men and women of Christ, commit them to other faithful men and women who will be able to teach others also.
Conclusion
Conclusion
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
