The MBA program at NKU will cost a student roughly $16,170 dollars, compared to the national average being between $30,000 and $120,000.
This program can be finished as quickly as 1 year while many other colleges range from 1-5 years.
This program is valuable because it puts students in a good position to advance in their career for a fraction of the price of other schools.

Example one of competition is University of Cincinnati that offers a significantly more expensive program.
Another competitor is Moorehead State, offering a program that is even more cost efficient.

One of the many strengths of the MBA program at NKU is that it has many different options for students to specialize in, which caters to each individual customer.
One of the few weaknesses of this program is that it is facing much competition, causing NKU to be unique in their marketing strategies.
NKU has the opportunity to expand online education for flexible learning options for professionals and international students.
The biggest threat to NKU is the competition. Can they continue to provide a product that is more valuable and affordable than the others?
