Christ the son of David

Romans 1:1-3

1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

2 (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)

3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Pray:

Most of you know that I was called to preach at the age of 17. And you might also know that I ran from my calling in pursuit of money and worldly pleasures for most of my life.

I am not sure how many of you know that years ago God brought me to the end of myself. God brought me to a turning point.

For most of my life I believed what I believed simply because someone taught it to me. But after years of study and research I discovered that most of what I was taught wasn’t truth.

I know that there will always be people who either don’t understand the things I teach or who will reject them simply because they struggle with getting past years of programming. But I understand that it is my duty as a soldier of Christ to teach the truth.

I do not deserve to stand behind this sacred desk if I am not loyal to the truth of God’s word. So years ago I decided that I would pursue the truth regardless of where it lead me. And that I would teach the truth regardless of how popular or unpopular it is. I serve God and not man. You can get angry at me; you can pat me on the back. Makes no difference to me. I am going to teach the truth regardless of the opinions of man.

So, todays message is the result of years of study. It is not some off the cuff, in the moment, knee jerk message. It is not the result of watching too many videos on social media. It is not the result of being influenced by one man or another. It is simply the word of God, whether we chose to accept it or not.

So, please pay close attention as todays message is important. I know that sometimes sitting in one spot we get tired. And that my soothing voice tends to make some people sleepy. But please pay close attention as best you can. Today’s message is the result of years of study.

We are being led into nuclear war by demons that hate us and want us all dead. And all too many Christians are cheering these demons on and even encouraging their blood lust. War mongering Christians who have been indoctrinated into a false religion and a false sense of security. Time after time saying. God will rapture me out before things get too bad. You don’t know that. God might just leave you here.

From today’s text we know that Christ is 100% God and 100% man. He is the seed of David. Both Mary and Joseph were from the tribe of Judah, and they were both from the seed of David. And I want you all to understand what it means to be the seed of David and to be the seed of Abraham. Because its important.

Matthew 9:27

And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.

Matthew 15:22

And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

Matthew 12:23

23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?

Matthew 21:9

9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

Matthew 21:15

15 And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were sore displeased,

Matthew 22:42

42 Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.

John 7:42

42 Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?

2 Timothy 2:8

8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:

Revelation 22:16

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Are you getting the point yet? Christ is of the seed of David. Seed meaning, he is descended from David in the flesh and God in the spirit.

Now let’s look at why this is important.

God made a covenant or a promise with King David. And the promise is found in 2 Samuel 7:16.

16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.

Did God keep his promise? Does God keep his promises? I say yes. Turn with me to Acts 2:29

29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

Peter here is referring to Gods promise in Samuel. The promise of an eternal Kingdom. It doesn’t say that Kingdom will be on earth. It just says an eternal Kingdom. Then Peter tells us that the resurrection of Christ is the fulfillment of that promise. Now is that what it says? Sure.

So, we have no need to wait for this promise to be fulfilled. We can mark that off things God has already done when we study prophecy. But it means more than just that.

Luke 1:32

32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

The angel foretelling the birth of Jesus said this. Jesus is the King of Kings today. Not tomorrow.

But the disciples did not understand this at all. They looked for an earthly Kingdom. But Jesus told them otherwise.

John 18:36

36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Acts 1:6

6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Jesus told them it isn’t for you to know. Will there be another earthly Kingdom. Yes, the New Jerusalem will come after the destruction of this world. But you cannot know when this will happen, and you won’t even know the season.

So all of these false prophets going around saying that Hamas and Israel’s war means some kind of rapture is about to happen have no clue what they are talking about. First of all, that little country over there isn’t the Israel of the bible. They have stolen the identity of Israel. If tomorrow I moved to Palestine, Arkansas that would not make me a Palestinian. I would still be an Arkansan living in Palestine Arkansas.

Too many people use every single event that goes on over there to predict bible prophecy. And I’m going to prove to you in more ways than one why you need to ignore these people.

Jesus said do your job. Be witnesses. Don’t worry about the times.

By the way if we are going to spend money in other countries it should be on missions and not on war.

Now we know that Christ is the seed of David. But he is also called the seed of Abraham.

Matthew 1:1

1 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

Hebrews 2:16

16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

Now I need you to pay attention to where I’m going with this. Wake up and listen. Forget what you have been taught and listen to the word of God.

I want you to turn to Genesis 12. Please. I’ll give you all a minute. This scripture has been so misinterpreted that I believe it is the most misinterpreted scripture in the bible.

Genesis 12: 1-3

12 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

What is Abram? He is just a man, right?

This verse says absolutely nothing about Israel, and it definitely says nothing about Jews. It is a personal blessing for Abram. Listen to it again.

Get thee. Who is thee? Abram.

And from thy kindred? Who is thy? Abram.

And from thy father’s house. Who is thy? Abram.

Unto a land that I will shew thee. Who is thee? Abram.

And I will make thee a great nation? Who Abram.

And I will bless thee? Who? Abram.

Thou shalt be a blessing. Who? Abram.

And I will bless them that bless thee? Who Abram.

And I will curse them that curse thee. Who? Abram. Notice that the blessing is plural, and the curse is singular. Who is him? This was written to the Chaldee’s whom Abram had left. And they had cursed him. Had nothing to do with Abram’s seed. Nothing to do with Abram’s posterity.

Nothing there at all about Israel or a nation or even a group of people. Definitely nothing there about Jews.

Then finally in thee or you shall all the families in the earth be blessed. Yep. Because Christ is the seed of Abraham. That and nothing more is the blessing from this verse. The country today that calls itself Israel has been nothing but a curse on mankind. They invaded Palestine and are genociding an entire race of people there. There are far more Palestinian Christians than there are Jewish ones. Yet Christians day after day post I stand with Israel. Why? You think being Jewish makes you superior and gives you the right to take away someone’s homeland and to murder children in the streets? More than half of the Palestinians are under 18. Did you know that? And no, I don’t support Hamas. But trust me there is NO blessing in supporting Israel. In fact, since 1948 America has gone downhill faster than a snowball in hell. Where is our special blessing for sending billions of dollars to Israel since 1948? Do you see God’s blessing in America? A country that murders baby through abortion. A country fighting war after war in the middle east in support of who? Israel. That same country has given us LGBTQ. Homosexual marriage. Open borders. Hollywood. If it is degenerate it comes from the Christ hating Christ killers. Count on it.

If I told someone 100 years ago it was possible to get Christians to support the murderers of Christ while they bombed Christian churches nobody would have believed me.

Yet Christian after Christian screams out for war and to go kill Palestinian children for what they believe is God’s people. WRONG. We need missionaries not soldiers. And we need the Jews to go home to Ukraine and get out of Palestine. If that war today has anything to do with bible prophecy it is this.

Obadiah 9

9 And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter

Ezekiel 25:14

And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.

Now that isn’t popular. But it is the truth. And the only way to know is to watch what happens.

As usual the United States is on the wrong side of history. You want to pray for Israel go right ahead. We are supposed to pray for our enemies. But make no mistake those people over there are the enemies of all mankind just as the apostle Paul said they are. Again, I repeat.

1 Thessalonians 2:14

14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:

15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:

16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.

Now go into your phone and get onto the internet and type in the word Gentile Latin. And it will tell you that the word Gentile means NATION. What Paul is saying here is that the Jews were trying to stop the Gospel from being spread to other nations because they were the enemies of mankind. That they killed Christ and persecuted the church. What has changed?

Nothing.

By the way God was constantly cursing real Israel. Read your bibles folks. God cursed them for idolatry time after time. Who is the seed of Abraham?

Galatians 3:1

3 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Listen carefully. Please. The Jews had been murdering Christians. And when they couldn’t murder them, they did everything they could to get them to return to their law. Which is the Talmud. To enslave them once again to a false religion of works. And Paul writes them to remind them that it is faith that saves and faith that does miracles and that the flesh does nothing.

And then there at the end Paul explains who the seed of Abraham is that is blessed. Listen again.

7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

Are Christians people of faith? Yes. So, we are the children of Abraham. Correct? Is that what it says? And Paul adds that this is what it meant by his seed blessing the world. Christians brought saving faith to the world. That’s the blessing.

Being circumcised doesn’t make you the seed of Moses. Being saved does.

Now back to Galatians 3:16

6 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

You see it? Seed is singular. He even repeats it and tells us not seeds plural as in many but as of one. And then tells us who that seed is. Christ. Not Israel. Not the Jews. Not the Hebrews regardless of who you think the Hebrews are. But the promise relates to CHRIST and ONLY CHRIST. All the nations of the earth are blessed through Christ NOT by Israel. Regardless of whether or nt you believe they are the Israel of the bible. And they are NOT.

Oh, but we need to bless Israel. Oh, but we should worship the Jews as chosenites. Oh, but for God so loved the Jews. But decided to save the rest of us anyway. Bull butter. It is for God so loved the world, not for God so loved the Jews. That is nonsense.

It isn’t the seeds that blessed the nations. It is the seed, singular. Christ.

The gospel of Christ is a blessing to all nations or gentiles if you will. Asians, blacks, Hispanics, Europeans. Makes no difference the gospel is a blessing to ALL people. PERIOD. I have zero respect and zero use for Zionism and what amounts to Jewish supremacism. It is racism and nothing more.

Yet so many Christians want to kill Christian Palestinians because they don’t understand the bible. Listen to Galatians 3:26

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

So, are those Palestinian Christians over there your brothers and sisters? Yes, they are. You wouldn’t know it to hear so many war mongering Christians today talking about supporting Israel.

Galatians 6:15

15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

Circumcision here means Jew. This verse says being a Jew doesn’t mean a thing. The only true seed of Abraham are those who have faith.

Back to Romans 1:14

14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Verse 16 is properly translated to both the Judeans and the Greeks. It doesn’t say first to the Jews in Greek. It says both to Judeans and the Greeks. And Judeans isn’t a single race but a group of races. And people miss this.

How can we witness to Muslims when we are constantly screaming for Israel to kill them all. We need to stop the madness.

Our foreign policy creates terrorist when it should be creating Christians.

Christ the son of David and Abraham. We are the seed of Abraham, and we owe the gospel to the world. Not just one country.

Now lets talk about the saying. Israel is our greatest ally. Did you know that a year ago Israel dumped the American dollar and began buying the Chinese Yuan at a time when the dollar was at its weakest?

Did you know that Israel attacked the American Naval ship the USS Liberty killing 44 of our men and injuring 170 more.

Did you know that Israel has been selling US military secrets to China?

Israel launched a false flag attack in Egypt targeting American and British targets.

When the world trade center fell 5 Mossad agents ( thats the Israeli version of the CIA) were arrested while filming and celebrating the collapase of the world trade center? Don’t believe me look up dancing Israeli’s and 911.

On top of all that Israel aggressively spies on the United States. I can name a lot more things. But I would be getting into conspiracies.

With Allies like that do we even need enemies?

At the end of it all though.

We owe a debt to the world. Not Israel, the world. And its time we start repaying it.
