The Background: droves of Jesus’s disciples just left.

The idea: Jesus, why don’t you go up to the feast and delare yourself as Messiah? Rebuild your momentum?

Jesus’ response: It is not my time yet.

There is a presedence of learning healthy expectations and boundaries for ourselves.

It doesn’t matter what the pressure is, God calls us to follow his plan.

We know the will of God by reading it in his word, the Bible.

We can put healthy boundaries in place

Healthy boundaries are between us and other people

there is no such thing as a healthy boundary when it is between us and God.
