Does the bible show us how to defeat anxiety

It is anxiety that robs us of our joy. And what is anxiety but fear? Fear is the enemy of joy. It is hard to be joyful when we are afraid.

so how do we deafeat Anxiety

1.Anxiety Does Not Dwell On The Outside.

Anxiety happens through worry, Fear, or being afraid occurs in are lifes, our Jobs, Family, Money, ect...and grows becasue its not something that is in are physical control so we worry more.

25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? 28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?), Mt 6:25–30.

so Jesus God in the flesh tells us how to deal with worry, as he can relate cause he to was also in the flesh and he leads the way and shows us if we just obey the God we will never walk alone.

everytime the israelites went into bondage was cause of disobedieance, and then God saving them bringing them back to the starting point they satrted at just to start all over again, and they did this over and over againthen Jesus came and showed us how we can walk perfect and holy and be perified through the blood that make are garments white
