If we stand for our Savior, we will be seen as against the world. This is historically and presently true. If we truly follow Jesus, our lives will be lived in ways that sometimes align with the whims of society, but often they will not. Our views on personal conduct, family, government, money, sex, power, etc., will remain consistent if borne out of our study and application of Scripture, but the world will vary based on the winds of change in popular culture, philosophy, etc.
