Untitled Sermon

Hello Friendship Church,

I wanted to make sure that you heard the news that Barb Mulheron found out today that much of her recent pain was due to a yet unknown cancer that has been at work throughout her body. She and Denny have decided not to pursue the extensive and invasive surgery route, but to bring her home to manage the pain until the Lord takes her eternally home.

I was up to pray and visit with them both today and with her pain managed she said how weird it is to try and process news like this when she feels pretty much the same as she did last Sunday when she was with us at Church.

They hope to home by this evening and their children are heading up to love and care for them. Please pray for sweet times of connection with their family and an overwhelming peace for both Barb and Denny during this time of many goodbyes for now, but we’ll see you later.
