I. THINGS NOT WORKING OUT

EXODUS 6 5-6;
Say therefore to the people of Israel, ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of judgment.

INJUSTICE OCCURS WHEN THE WORLD IS NOT ORDERED ACCORDING TO GOD’S PLAN AND NOT FLOWING AS HIS INTENDED ORDER… WHEN PHARAOH DOMINATES GOD’S PEOPLE HE HAS VIOLATED THE DIVINE ORDER

HERE IS WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ALL OF THINGS THINGS: THEY ALL GO AGAINST THE DIVINE INTENDED ORDER FOR CREATION

BUT HERE IS THE LORD’S RESPONSE TO THAT SIN THAT HOLDS MAN CAPTIVE AND ROBS THEM OF JOY AND TRUTH:

Now I want to remind you, although you once fully knew it, that Jesus, who saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.
AND IT IS THIS JESUS WHO, BY HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION, DELIVERED US FROM THE GRIP AND ETERNAL DAMNATION OF SIN

THE CENTRAL REASON: TO BE KNOWN HE WILL DO THIS SO THAT HE MIGHT BE KNOWN
I will take you to be my people, and I will be your God, and you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who has brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
I will bring you into the land that I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. I will give it to you for a possession. I am the Lord.’ ”
Or has any god ever attempted to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, and by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great deeds of terror, all of which the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?
HERE IS WHY
It was not because you were more in number than any other people that the Lord set his love on you and chose you, for you were the fewest of all peoples, but it is because the Lord loves you and is keeping the oath that he swore to your fathers, that the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

o This takes honesty: cannot be fake with the Lord: He will let you and in letting you will forfeit what He wants to teach you about Himself
