Labor Till the Master Comes: Do not lose heart in doing good.
1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. 5 For each will have to bear his own load.
6 Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches. 7 Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 9 And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. 10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
In doing good:
I. Your Accountability to God
I. Your Accountability to God
Galatians 6:1–5 (ESV)
1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. 5 For each will have to bear his own load.
1. You have accountability to live out your spiritual gift for the sake of others.

Galatians 6:1 (ESV)
1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.
Galatians 5:16 (ESV)
16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
Fruit of the Spirit
Galatians 5:22–23 (ESV)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
“Tulungan ang mga mahihina at nahulog sa pagkakasala” in the spirit of gentleness.

Galatians 6:1 (ESV)
1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.
Helping others is not a license to fall to sin.
“Maiintindihan naman ako ng Dios.” Mahalaga ay nakatulong ako sa iba.

2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
1 We who are strong must be considerate of those who are sensitive about things like this. We must not just please ourselves. 2 We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord. 3 For even Christ didn’t live to please himself. As the Scriptures say, “The insults of those who insult you, O God, have fallen on me.”
34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.
Wag maging mayabang at maging mataas ang tingin sa sarili
3 For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
(IN NLT)
3 If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.
“Bakit ako tutulong dyan?”
II. Your Generousity to Others

From verse 6 to 10, do good has been mentioned 3 times.
Galatians 6:6 (ESV)
6 Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches.
Galatians 6:9 (ESV)
9 And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
Galatians 6:10 (ESV)
10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
1. Share your good things to your Pastor/Mentor

6 Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches.
“share ‘all’ good things”
1 Corinthians 9:11 (ESV)
11 If we have sown spiritual things among you, is it too much if we reap material things from you?
1 Corinthians 9:12 (ESV)
12 If others share this rightful claim on you, do not we even more?
Nevertheless, we have not made use of this right, but we endure anything rather than put an obstacle in the way of the gospel of Christ.
14 In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel.
2. Share your good deeds to your fellow Christians

Galatians 6:10 (ESV)
10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Galatians 6:10 (ESV)

Proverbs 3:27 (ESV)
27 Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
when it is in your power to do it.
III. Your Investment to Heaven
III. Your Investment to Heaven
7 Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
7 Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. 8 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.
Paul used the principle of sowing and reaping.
“Kapag may tinanim, may aanihin”
“Kung anu ang iyong tinanim, iyon din ang uri ng iyong aanihin”
1. Two types of life investment
1. Two types of life investment
Two types of life investment
Worldly investment
Spiritual investment
Worldly investment leads to decay or death
Spiritual investment leads to life and eternity
“You cannot invest what you do not have”
If you are in Christ, then you have the Spirit of God that lives in you. Work it out!
12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
Therefore:
2. Spend your life in the matters that cause you with eternal value
2. Spend your life in the matters that cause you with eternal value
