1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the Lord thy God: for in the month of Abib the Lord thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
2 Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto the Lord thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the Lord shall choose to place his name there.

Jehovah left Moses clear instructions that the people must worship under the shed blood of the lamb at the place and time of His choosing.
We know that God’s chosen Place of Worship for this day is the place where He put His name, Jesus Christ.
43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
Like John the Baptist, Bro. Branham pointed us to the place where God put His name.
My friends, I don’t want to hurt feelings, but I am responsible for a Message, and, that Message is, “Come out of this mess!” And if I ask you to come out, where am I going to take you to? Would I take you to the Branham Tabernacle? It’s as much fault as any of the rest of them.
But there’s one place I can take you to, where you’re safe and protected from death, that’s in Jesus Christ, God’s place of worship. That’s the place I’m introducing to you, tonight, where God put His Name.
Where He promised He would meet every person that come in there, He would worship with him and feast with him, that’s in Christ; not in no church, no tabernacle.
But, in Christ, He is God’s Tabernacle. He is the place that God came into, Himself, and dwelt in Him. “This is My beloved Son, in Whom I am pleased to dwell in.” There is where God tabernacled, brought His Name and placed It upon, Jesus Christ. 65-0220 - "God's Chosen Place Of Worship"
(Tabernacle typed Christ)
This building is not the church, we are the church.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Does this mean we no longer need to gather?
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
We come together to worship in Christ. Yet worship extends beyond this sanctuary to every moment of our lives.
Bro. Branham in nature:
I heard God in that wolf call, calling to his mate. I thought, “Yes, God, that’s You calling to me.” I heard the elk the same way, seen the rainbow come across, and I thought, “Rainbow means the covenant.
You’re Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the both ends of the rainbow, He that was and which come, Root and Offspring of David, the Morning Star, the Lily of the Valley, the Rose of Sharon.”
And I thought, “In the rainbow, the covenant, as they seen Him in Revelations 1, there to look upon as a rainbow, as first and last. Benjamin to…And from the Reuben to Benjamin, first and last and all…” It just…Scripture just pouring in, I thought, “Oh, God, You’re so great. You’re so great.”
I begin stomping my feet up-and-down, and around and around that tree I went, just as hard as I could go, just as fast as I go, screaming, “Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!” Just running like that. I stopped; and I said, “Oh, God, how great You are. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!”
Oh, I was like the whole Salvation Army up there. I was having a good time. I wasn’t paying to attention to what anybody else. Why, I was thirty-five, forty miles from civilization. I was shouting to the Lord. 60-0712 - "Hear Ye Him"
If the place we worship is in Christ, what time should we worship?
This is kind of a trick question because I didn’t say “what time should we go to church?”
We should go to church when the doors are open.
The Spirit of God will run you right straight to the church every time the door opens for fellowship. 62-0118 - "Convinced Then Concerned"
If God is in your heart, you can’t hardly wait for them doors to open out yonder, to get in here to fellowship with your brothers. 63-0728 - "Christ Is The Mystery Of God Revealed"
I know it isn’t always possible, but if you will make a commitment to be in the church you attend whenever the doors are open, you will be blessed. It will make a difference in your life.
(Bro. Logan)
Abraham chose the plain of Mamre, took a job with less money, but that is the very place where he received the promise.
The Jews worshipped on the Sabbath, but the Christian church has always gathered on Sunday to honor the resurrection of Christ.
The very first church service:
19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
Thomas missed church that Sunday.
26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
“After eight days” means on the eighth day, which is Sunday.
Why didn’t Jesus just meet Thomas privately? He came where they were assembled.
7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
Goodness, what a sermon. Someone fell asleep, fell out of the window and Paul raised him up.
2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
I’m not a Sabbatarian now, I believe the Holy Spirit is our Sabbath. I believe that, but I believe we should honor that resurrection as a memorial. That’s a memorial that I…If you honor any day, honor that resurrection. 64-0823E - "Questions And Answers #2"
A ministerial group said, “The only thing that we have against you, Brother Branham, is (one of the things) the people that comes out here with you, we can’t get them to go to church anywhere.”
Said, “They got children and everything; they won’t go to church.” And said, “Well, we told them they was welcome to come to our church.”
Now, I know they put a pressure on you and want you to join, but you don’t have to join; but put them kids in Sunday school somewhere! And you go to church; don’t set at home, go fishing, and hunting, and things like that on Sunday.
You say, “Well, I’m not a legalist.” Well, you’d better be in that manner for a while, dishonoring the resurrection of Christ. You go to church somewhere! 64-0823M - "Questions And Answers #1"
Sunday is the day we gather, but it is not God’s chosen time for worship.
What is God’s Chosen time of worship for His Bride?
Every Day, every Hour, Every Minute, all the time.
In heaven, everything is worship.
8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
This is heaven, constantly. That’s why the Seventh Seal is so profound, silence in heaven.
I was preaching; there was a woman crying, and she was just holding up her hands and crying, praising God. The Holy Spirit was there. The woman was filled with the Holy Ghost. How can a magnet draw anything unless it’s magnetized to it? Correct.
There was a man who belonged to another church, a friend of mine, were standing outside; he said, “Billy, I was enjoying your sermon until that woman raised up and started crying.” Said, “How in the world could you preach? And her acting like that?”
I said, “That’s the only time I can preach, when I see that the power of God is caught away the Church, caught away the message.”
He said, “It just made shivers run over my back.” I said, “If you’d ever be fortunate enough to get to Heaven, you’d freeze to death.
Because they are crying and shouting and praising God day and night. Angels flying back and forth, crying, “Holy, holy, holy, unto the Lord. 60-0723 - "Speak To The Rock And It Shall Give Forth His Water"
I said, “You’re living in the quietest world you ever lived in, if you go to hell, there’ll be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth; if you go to Heaven it will be, ‘Glory! Holy, holy, holy unto the Lord,’ day and night.
He happened to play on Colgate’s baseball team, and he said, “Well, I don’t, they don’t do that in my church.” I said, “Now that…But I hope you don’t think yours is the pattern.”
(Fritz and the skunk)
I said, “Look, I heard you the other night when Charles Nolan knocked that home run, I don’t live very far from the park,” I said, “not over about five blocks.” I said, “I never heard such as noise in all of my life.”
He said, “Oh, Billy, you ought to have been there!” Said, “There was three men on base. And you know Charles, you went to school with him.” I said, “Sure.” Said, “He knocked a home run.” And said, “Man, I am telling you, you ought to have seen them slide in!”
I said, “You unholy-rollers down there, I couldn’t even sleep for you.” Unholy-rollers. I said, “If we are holy-rollers then you are unholy-rollers. See?” I said that. I said, “You would be a poor baseball fiend setting there, saying, ‘Oh, yes, he hit a home run.’”
I said, “You say he wasn’t very much enthused. You knocking straw hats down over one another’s head, and slapping one another, and shaking, and everything like that.”
I said, “When the preacher gets in the pulpit and hits one of them home runs like that, and see them saints open up the way, and see Heaven before them, they holler, ‘Glory! Glory! I see it, I see it! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!’” I said, “They just start up the King’s highway, that’s all.” 61-0413 - "Why?"
Every ball game has a certain starting time, but a true fan don’t just worship their ball team on game day.
They wear the colors. They listen to the radio. They spend their money. They have pictures up in their house. All week long they prepare for game day.
On game day they prepare the people with music and expectation for hours.
What would our gatherings be like, if we could be in an atmosphere of worship before we came here?
10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
“I was in the Spirit.” Isn’t that just beautiful? My, I love that. You could just call those words, “The whole of the Christian life.” An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages (2 - The Patmos Vision)
The Book of Revelation took two years to write. John was in the Spirit the entire time.
He’s on Patmos with the scorpions and snakes, but he was in the Spirit.
Now remember, the first thing you have to do is what? Get in the Spirit. How’s these revelations going to ever come to you? Get in the Spirit. How you ever going to get the Holy Ghost? Get in the Spirit. Get in the Spirit!
When you was a sinner and you went to a dance, you got in that spirit. Oh, my, you started clapping your hands and patting your feet, and shindiggin’, and throwing your hat on the floor, and going around and around, acting silly.
You was in the spirit of it. Could you imagine a fellow, was a dance fiend, going to a dance, say, “Well, and you all having pretty good time, I suppose.” “Oh!” they’d say. “You wallflower, get out of here!” See?
Go at the ball game, somebody knock a homerun, or something another, set and look, and say, “Well, guess that’s pretty good.” Nah, you wouldn’t be a baseball fiend, you wouldn’t be in the spirit of baseball.
When somebody knocks a homerun, you raise up and holler, “Whew! My! Win!” Knock somebody’s hat off his head like that, nobody says a word about it.
Then in the church when you get in the Spirit, raise up and holler, “Glory! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!” Somebody turn around, say, “Holy-roller.” 60-1204E - "The Patmos Vision"
What do they say now? Pentecostal. You don’ care, you’re in the Spirit.
God’s Provided Time to Worship, is right now.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
This isn’t a concert, it’s your voice.
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
ALWAYS. For ALL things.
16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Paul didn’t just preach this, he lived it.
22 And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them.
23 And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:
24 Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
It was God’s Chosen time for worship.
It’s easy to worship when everything is going good, but God’s chosen time for worship is during the good and bad times.
Sometimes at midnight you need to acknowledge the worthy lamb.
God wants to hear you sing, in the darkest moments of life.
26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
Conclusion
Conclusion
When you worship you are doing God’s perfect will. When you are in the perfect will of God, nothing can stand before you.
(Bro. Branham and ending services)
Jesus keep me near (Now is your time to worship now.) There (Why do you worship? Over the Word. You water It now. Worship over the Word that’s went into your heart.) 59-0612 - "All The Days Of Our Life"
Don’t you just love that, that sweet mellow Holy Spirit just breathing upon us like? See, it’s so simple, that all the starch and intellectuals of the world has been taken away, the Spirit’s just worshipping, worshipping God through us, the Holy Spirit making intercessions, breathing out worship. 59-0612 - "All The Days Of Our Life"
