Luke 1:39–46 NKJV
39 Now Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste, to a city of Judah, 40 and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth. 41 And it happened, when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, that the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. 42 Then she spoke out with a loud voice and said, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! 43 But why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? 44 For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. 45 Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord.” 46 And Mary said: “My soul magnifies the Lord,

1. Mary Goes to Elizabeth for peace and discipleship.

Luke 1:39 NKJV
39 Now Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste, to a city of Judah,
like we talked about last week, people have their opinions. people seem to be proud of their opinions to, she went to the Hill Country to be with Zachariah and Elizabeth because they understood her Prophetic Purpose.

2.Every one of us has purpose.

Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV
5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
Psalm 139:14 NKJV
14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.

3. Everyone Needs to discipled into their purpose.

Titus 2:3 NKJV
3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things—

Every Mary Needs an Elizabeth. Every Mary needs to be an Elizabeth.

2 Timothy 2:2 NKJV
2 And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

Every Timothy Needs a Paul. Every Timothy Needs to be Paul.

It takes more than a few years to build an elder.

someone can be around and not fully engaged in the things that require spiritual maturity.
Maturity takes what it takes and it only comes to those who have submitted fully to its process.
have you ever heard that you stopped maturing at the age that you started using?
we don’t start maturing until we stop running from ourselves and start facing ourselves and our character issues head on.
you can maintain clean time or time in the church and spiritual disengage. you can still serve and not obey what you know you want God to do.
a doctor has to pass a test and practice under supervision before he can practice medicine.
A lawyer has to pass the bar and be an associate before she can open her own practice.
an elder needs to serve in several posts before they can have hands laid on them.
there are places that you can serve in this church and still live like the lost until you decide to give your whole life to christ.
service makes people willing to grow.
also some of you have held leadership in this church for years and you stopped growing in the call of God in your life.
Romans 11:29 NKJV
29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
This Church can’t afford for anybody to back up! We have to much to do. We need everybody we have to do what God has called us to do.
Listen we have a grater vision that we are walking in right now. The Lord is going to use us all.
we are a restoring ministry!
God has called us to restore people.
but before we can restore others, this church needs a little restoration itself.
do you remember that the Apostle Peter denied the Lord?
Listen to what Jesus said before He denied Him.
Luke 22:32 NKJV
32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.”
Return to Him people of God.
Don’t Just honer Him with your Lips. Turn your heart toward Him.

3. The Lord has not called us to do this alone.

Luke 1:40–45 NKJV
40 and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth. 45 Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord.”

John the baptist was called to go before Jesus and prepare the way.

Even in the womb John leaped at Mary’s voice because of his purpose.

He has not called us to do this alone.

Jesus had 12 disciples, He did not start His ministry alone.

your not called to do yours alone either.

but we have to submit to the full process.

we have to allow Him to have his way in equipping us.

Part of the call on my life is plant Churches.

I’m called to pastor this Church so how am I going to pant Churches?

By raising leadership teams from inside this Church.

How are we going to afford that?

God will Provide!!!!!
