Moses was a crucial leader of God’s People, God gave Moses the responsibility of leading God’s people out of captivity in Egypt. You remember the story!

God used Moses to part the Red Sea and to protect the people from certain captivity once again.

God used Moses to provide water from the rock, To give the people the Law, The arc of the covenant, the tent meeting design and furniture, the sacrificial system, ect.

Moses was the human front man for God, the people knew when he spoke he spoke with authority from God.

We pick up in Deuteronomy Chapter 18 where Moses is approaching the end of his life and God states He will raise up another Prophet like Moses-

How would the people know for sure that a person who claimed to be a messenger from God would be the real deal??

Let us read verses 21-22

**We have to use this same principle to see what Truth is! Can we trust the prophets of Old? Can we trust the Bible that we hold in our hand?

Is this Jesus, the messiah? IS HE GOD’S SON?
