Recognize what God has done and live in Hope

Obedience

Delayed obedience is disobedience

until I tell you -

By night - immediately and secretly - (Travel Light - not like the Jones’)

To full-fill - Jesus was a fugitive - hiding for you.

If you have lost your home, or childhood, or access to larger family - Jesus has too.

Hope?

When humans respond to the present by trusting God because of what he has done in the past, we participate in hope in this moment and the next.

Future element, but understood, and an invitation to live into it now.

You can lack the feeling of excitement, but that doesn’t mean you lack hope. Hope is an decision.

Hope Takes Obedience (not delayed)

Hope leads to more hope - Just like Jo
