Signs of Jesus Coming Back

Matthew 24- lists of many terrible things that will happen

wars and rumors of wars

people turning on one another and love growing cold

natural disasters running rampant

all of these things happen and are happening

Does the War In Israel Mean Anything?

there are vague prophecies that more than likely speak of things that have already happened not of things that are happening now specifically

in truth there has always been war in Israel in some form

that’s kind of the joke

in modern times there has been war in Israel before our whole group was born

if the Lord wills us to go on there will likely be new conflicts in Israel in our children’s time

What Should We Focus On?

people want attention and a public hanging on the edge of its seat for its leaders to help the world is much easier to control than an unflinching group of people serving something higher

if anything, Jesus calls us to not get caught up in all of these things

instead he wants us to be living lives that are ready and prepared for his return

not letting love grow cold

not being anxious or worried about things that are out of our hands

to trust him, to carry on living and spreading more life, to keep doing good at every opportunity

to do all of that, enduring to the end
