Intro.

I had an Opportunity to Share Jesus on a TV Channel. But I failed.

Purpose: To share the story of Jesus

Content: Explain the Compassion of Jesus for Poor & Outcast.

I. Savior Has Born - GoodNews. vv.8-11.

The Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Greek New Testament ἀγραυλέω

ἀγραυλέω (agrauleō), live out of doors. Cognate words: ἀγριέλαιος, ἄγριος, ἀγρός

Shepherds: Low Cast, Status, NonValuable, Non Position and Rejected - Were Chosen to receive the GoodNews which will change the World.

Supposed to live outside; They take turns to watch over the sheeps.

The Angel express the manifestation of God’s Glory upon the Shepherds. Angel wanted to claim down the Shepherds so that they can understand that our Lord is gracious.

Soter - Deliever - Savior

The Goodnews is that Savior has been Born. This is first and only time Savior is used for Jesus.

Christos - Messiah - Christ.

Lord - Ruler - One who commands.

Prophecy Fulfilled: Isaiah 9:6-7 - In the City of David.

Isaiah 9:6–7 NASB95

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, On the throne of David and over his kingdom, To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness From then on and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this.

Q. Why the GoodNews needed?

Adam & Eve Sin.

Jesus is the GoodNews for the Sinful Humanity.

The GoodNews is Jesus is the Messiah.

Jesus is the Lord.

The Member of Triune God.

A Person Came to rescue me from the prison. He came as a Savior, a goodnews for me.

II. Celebration. vv.12-14.

Humblness Sign of Jesus Birth.

Goodnews Made us to Celebrate.

I received a Goodnews that my wife is expecting our Child. It caused us to celebrate.

III. Recevied The GoodNews Personally. vv.15-17

To consider, perceive, pay attention

To Reveal.

Lets pay attention to the revelation God delievered.

Received, Accept and Consume it.
