What stands in our way are three things. Lack of vision, our comfort zones and falling prey
A. Lack of Vision
1. Proverbs 29:18 (NIV) - "Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint."
2. Without a clear vision of what God's best looks like, we settle for mediocrity.
B. Fear and Comfort Zones
1. 2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT) - "For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity but of power, love, and self-discipline."
2. Fear holds us back from stepping out in faith and embracing the unknown.
3. Comfort zones hinder growth and prevent us from experiencing new levels of blessings.
C. Comparison Trap
1. Galatians 6:4-5 (NIV) - "Each one should test their own actions...for each one should carry their own load."
2. Comparing ourselves with others distracts us from focusing on our unique purpose.
3. We must embrace our individual journey without being weighed down by comparison.
II.The Pathway to Discovering God's Best

A.Faith-Filled Surrender
1.Hebrews 11:6 (ESV) - "And without faith it is impossible to please him..."
2.We must surrender our plans and trust in God's perfect timing and guidance.
3.Faith opens the door to God's best for us.
B. Seeking God's Will
1.Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV) - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart...in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
2.We should seek God through prayer, His Word, and seeking wise counsel.
3.By aligning our desires with His will, we position ourselves for His best.
C. Embracing Growth Opportunities
1.James 1:2-4 (NLT) - "Dear brothers and sisters...when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy..."
2.Challenges and trials are opportunities for growth that lead us closer to God's best.
3.We must embrace these moments as chances to develop character and deepen our faith.
III. Unleashing God's Best Through Action

A. Stepping Out in Obedience
1.Joshua 1:9 (NIV) - "Be strong and courageous...do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
2.Obedience requires courage but leads us towards experiencing the fullness of God's blessings.
3.We must trust Him enough to take bold steps forward.
B. Cultivating a Lifestyle of Gratitude
1.Philippians 4:6-7 (ESV) - "...by prayer...with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."
2.A grateful heart positions us to receive more from Him.
3.Let gratitude become a daily practice that unlocks doors to His abundant blessings.
C. Serving Others Selflessly
1.Mark 10:45 (NIV) - "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve..."
2.God's best is often unleashed when we selflessly serve others.
3.Let us follow Jesus' example and impact lives through acts of love and service.
Conclusion:
As we conclude, let us remember that God desires to unleash His best in our lives. By breaking free from settling, following the pathway of faith-filled surrender, seeking His will, embracing growth opportunities, stepping out in obedience, cultivating gratitude, and serving others selflessly – we can experience the abundant life He has prepared for us. Let us embark on this journey together with hearts full of expectation and faith.
