Greetings: Mickey

This month we have been
Remembering,
Reflecting, and
Retelling, as we celebrate our 90th Birthday.
We want to Project a Voice for the Future… but mostly Praising and lifting up the Name of Jesus.
We must be a people and family of faith that are guilty of worshiping 24/7.
We have said that the songs of the Church tell our story and our journey of Faith.
Today is no Different.
Think of Father’s desires for you and world as we celebrate another year of Jesus’ Birth.
Let these songs of Worship pour out of your hearts!

ADVENT CANDLE: LOVE
Week 4 - Love What Love the Father has for creation?
My daughter Alivia can see a stray cat, dog, snail…LOL! and start to Ooo and Ah and almost cry.
What Love the Father has for his creation—for you and me?
1 John 3:1 NIV
1 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
Song by Tommy Walker
Thank You For Loving Me
What love the Father has lavished on us That we should be called His sons and daughters Precious in His sight Greater love this world had never seen When He hung on that tree O why would He do such a thing For dirty sinners like you and me? Chorus: O God thank You for loving me When on the cross You made history Lord You died for me Forever my praise will go to Thee O God thank You for choosing me To be Your child and bear Your name O Jesus I will never cease to sing Your praise
Let’s Pray...
Verse 2: Father, Your love is patient and humble and kind It's greater than all my sin It always protects and trusts and hopes And will have no end It's Your love that lifted me up from the depths Set my feet on a solid rock With a firm place to stand Lord I always will trust in Your loving hand
Thanks for sending your Son as the Christ Child that we may be driven to our knees each Christmas to worship Him again and again.
In Jesus Name

O Come Let Us Adore Him
ROADSIGNS Even Santa wears a belt—buckle up. It’s a Wonderful Life—don’t speed. No need to “check your list twice”— phones down. Slow down—you can’t catch the Gingerbread Man.
LESSON: ADVENT WREATH: HOPE, PEACE, JOY—LOVE
Week 1 - Hope The HOPE we have with Jesus — wow!
Could we just stop there and ponder how that changes everything?
Jesus prepared our pathway to Father—
John 14.6a
John 14:6a (NLT)
6 Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.
This path paved with his blood giving us access to Father that opens a new Heaven.
A Way of mercy,
A Truth filled with grace, and
A Life journey lived out through forgiveness, and acceptance.
Now That is some HOPE!
Week 2 - Peace The PEACE we have with Jesus starts and finishes on Jesus being our Foundation as the prophets declared and finished with Jesus being our... Cornerstone.
He is our blueprint
Our foundation
Our road map
Our Savior, Baptizer, Healer, and Soon Coming King
Eph 2:16-22 MSG He is fitting you together brick by brick, stone by stone, with Jesus, the Cornerstone.
I love it when my daughter Audrey asks questions about her faith or about the Word.
Her brain is trying to understand this faith of trusting and relying upon Jesus.
Sometimes it works and other times she kinda cocks her head to the side and just says, “Hum”
God never wanted “cookie cutter” Christians == He wants passionate hearts, individuals who are connected by His son’s blood== Living stones—the Body of Christ.
Week 3 - Joy The unspeakable JOY we have in Jesus.
This could be noted as excessive Joy.
That Joy that rises up out of the depression, bondage and even tragedy.
That Joy that says “I know that Father Got This.”
Romans 8:28 NLT
28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
Yes, more than a feeling or emotion—but a relationship.
It is that Joy that precedes freedom, healing and restoration.
Unspeakable Joy!
Week 4 - Love What unmatched Love the Father has for—you and me is not based on our goodness or some fleeting achievement that we have obtained.
No, this Love that share and celebrate at Christmas goes way past the gifts and tensile.
Come on! Don’t you know that Father doesn’t give “Coal”
He is not keeping a list of your inadequacies.
He knows all your failings.
He knows that your goodness was good enough
THAT IS WHY WE NEEDED JESUS…He was, is and will evermore be our Savior!
Romans 8:31 NLT
31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
Romans 8:35 NLT
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?
THUS...JESUS IS THE ADVENT WREATH:
He is HOPE, PEACE, JOY—LOVE
The Christ Candle is doesn’t stand alone
it is the summation of the wreath...
