When might you look?

This sort of ‘looking’ is becaseu something is worth looking at!

Jesus has come! God has come to us!

Look - get excited - praise him!

Talk 2 - The Lamb of God!

So we’re looking at the amazing Jesus - but what is so amazing about him?

He’s is God himeself!

The Lamb of God.

He’s a lamb becasue he coming to save us, he’ll be a sacrifice for us becasue he loves us - but we’ll see that in a minute.

For now - we need to remeber that He is God - the King of all the world and us.

So we need a Gold crown for him!

Talk 3 - Who takes away the sin!

Jesus came at Christmas to take away our sin.

Becasue we have not always loved and obeyed God rightly, we need forgiveness.

We can’t save ourtsleves - or ever be as good as God requires us to be.

And becasue he is good and wonderful - he can’t have us sinful people who don’t prasie Him as we shoud.

BUT - he loves us enough that he come to us himself!

Look! - The lamb of God.

And just like an OT sacrifice, Jesus is like a lamb who takes our punishment from God on himslef - so we can know and be with God!

Jesus’ blood pays for our sin. Like a lamb.

SO - take the red paper chain to remind us that Jesus takes away our sin by his bloom

Talk 4 - of the World!

FInally - we are told Jesus came at Christmas to take away the sin - of the world!

That doesn’t mean every single person will repent and believe in Jesus - but that God loves the world enough to send Jesus to save those who will repent!

OUr job then is to keep telling the whole word about the love of Jesus, The lamb of God who came to take away our sin - so that others might believe in him and enjoy him as well.

So - take your green paper chain to remind us that the whole world needs to hear of Jesus at Christmas.
