This Week’s Theme: Look for Christ

Word for the Week is Revelation: It is the making known of God’s person, nature and deeds, in Scripture, history and supremely the person of Jesus Christ. God is also made known, to a limited yet important extent, through his creation.

Memory verse: 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

Essence of the Text in a Sentence: John was shown the New Jerusalem descending from heaven with its splendor, its citizens, and its rules.
