James 4:13

In verse 13 thee writer Jame sis speaking to persumptuious people (many of us ) wo believe that tomorrow is promised to us. Specifically people that govern their lives only for finachial gain.

Plans are great.God gives us vision , goals and dreams… but the differance between having goals and dreams and being a persumptuious gold digger … is when God gives you the vision or the goal or creativity, God wants us to use it for HIS GLORY as apose to our own gain.

Verse 14 James is asking how are you so certin on what you life is goiing to be the next day .. let alone the minute. Jame sis clearly letting us know that we should never be so arogant and so self confident that we feel like we govern our own lives. (of course God gives us all free will) but we all must know who is in conrol … remeber : E.G.O (edging God out) onmce oiur free will starts to make us soly operatr in our ego …God will show iu WHO THE BOSS IS. Has life ever became so good that you fely like you were in total control .. and you just had contol over everything… then suddenly your life got flipped turned upside down … God will always find a way to trune you right back to him
