Introduction
Nehemiah, a contemporary of Ezra, leads another group of Jews back to Judah. He has been put in charge of the community by the king of Persia. Nehemiah’s objective is to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah accomplishes his objective, and Ezra leads the people to renew their commitment to God’s covenant.
Premise: The number one reason why our lives are less than what we expected them to be is due to a tremendous failure to obey God’s word. Live is never what it’s supposed to be if our lives are not completely saturated in the word of God.
If we want better live, experience, and fulfillment we must live a life rooted in God’s Word. God’s Word, then must become a part of our daily pursuit for truth and guidance.
