DELIVERANCE FROM SERPENTINE SPIRIT

Serpents are known to be dangerous and poisonous animal. It is also known as snakes.

Physically when one is bitten by a snake, he/she suffers the following:

Two puncture woundsSwelling and pain around the bite areaRedness and bruising around the bite areaNumbness of the face, especially in the mouthHigh blood pressureDifficulty breathingDizziness, weakness, headacheBlurred visionExcessive sweating, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fainting, etc.

Snakebite can also kill.

Spiritually, most especially in the dream, someone can be attacked by the serpent and the victim will also experience similar things physically, you begin to experience a lack of interest in the things of God, become frustrated, and begin to doubt God’s existence, spiritual death, etc.

Serpent is the devil (Revelation 12:9). Serpent is a deceiver, he injects poison, attacks, and inflicts people’s life badly, as that’s his ministry/mission (John 10:10). Serpent attacked Jesus in the wilderness (Luke 4:2-13), this means that you will encounter serpent in the wilderness of your life. Wilderness represents life challenges, difficulties, death of a loved one, sickness, etc. But bear it in mind that God has given us the power and authority to crush the serpent. (Luke 10:19). Someone can be possessed by a serpent spirit to destroy lives and also torment people around him/her.

CAUSES OF SERPENTINE SPIRIT

The most likely thing that can bring about the serpentine spirit in a person’s life: When a person comes from a home or community where serpents are being worshipped, this is the easiest way of being possessed by the spirit. Some will ignorantly revere and also pay allegiance to such spirit, for fear of it causing havoc in their life. But how can one worship something that God Himself cursed? (Genesis 3:14-15). Choose you this day whom you will serve, choose Christ and live.Removing protective hedge of divine protection (Ecclesiastes 10:8). This can also mean disconnecting yourself from those whom God have placed over your life to favor you, guide you, a Destiny Helper, Mentor or Spiritual head. You remove protective hedge by your involvement in sin ie sexual immorality, stealing, doubting and rebelling against God etc.Friends with the world, ie associating with ungodly friends (James 4:4, 2Corinthians 6:14-18). By association you can be initiated or possessed by the spirit.

Thou art worthy oh Lord, to receive glory and honour and power (Revelation 4:11).Thank you God, for revealing and exposing the operations of the serpentine spirit, Thank you for revealing the truth and opening my eyes to their deceit.From the depth of my heart I ask for forgiveness oh Lord, wherever I have bowed to the serpent and allowed him to rule my life. I bring repentance today, please Merciful Father, forgive me.I lay down at Your Feet Heavenly Father, every atom of pride in me. Open my eyes O Lord to the tricks, gimmicks and traps of the serpent, that from this day onwards I shall no longer be a victim of it in Jesus name.Let the Blood of Jesus, flush out every venom the serpent has released into my life, my home, my destiny, etc in Jesus Name Amen.I release the broom of destruction to destroy the serpent’s egg never to breed in me, my family, ministry, etc in Jesus mighty name.I put on the whole Armor of spiritual warfare and declare that as I continue in this prayer, I shall come out victorious in Jesus Name Amen.

PSALM 37: 14-15 “The wicked have drawn the sword And have bent their bow, To cast down the poor and needy, To slay those who are of upright conduct. 15 Their sword shall enter their own heart, And their bows shall be broken” (NKJV).

Let the Lord’s hand, great and strong sword of fire kill and destroy every serpent spirit living in me, my family and environment tormenting us in Jesus name.Let every plan of the deceiver against me be reversed and backfire in Jesus name.I command you serpentine spirit troubling me that by the authority in the name of Jesus swallow your venom and its afflictions now.I release the Lord’s sword of fire to cut the serpent into pieces, pierce his neck of strength, shatter his shield of rows of scales and cut into pieces his lengthy tails.I repossess back the Garden of Eden of my destiny through the Blood of Jesus.

ISAIAH 42:13 “The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man; He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war. He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud; He shall prevail against His enemies” (NKJV).

By the Word of God Almighty, I declare victory over serpentine spirit tormenting and causing havoc in my life, destiny, my family and marriage in Jesus Name Amen.Warring angels assigned to me, open your armoury and bring out your weapons of wrath against the serpent and his agents in Jesus name.God of war, arise and come against him, the serpent, from every quarter, open all his granaries, pile up the serpent like heaps of grain and devote him to destruction, let nothing be left of him in Jesus Name Amen.I call forth the war clubs of heaven to fall speedily and shatter his networks, gadgets, computers, and surveillances in Jesus Name Amen.

LUKE 10:19 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you”(NKJV).

I reiterate and reaffirm your Word oh Jehovah Gibbor, I trample upon serpents and scorpions waging war against my life, my destiny, family, marriage, business etc. And I crush them into irreparable pieces in Jesus Name Amen.I reiterate and reaffirm the Word of God that says in Psalm 74:14, “You crushed the head of the leviathan and gave food for the creatures of the wilderness. Therefore, Lord Jesus, crush his heads and destroy him completely.Sword of God, Cut off their light sources, make them blind spiritually and physically in Jesus Name Amen.I cover my life, loved ones, relations with the Blood of Jesus and I decree that we are reinstated by the power of the Holy Spirit into our place of authority and dominion in Jesus Name Amen.
