The story of Christmas does not end with the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ. John the Baptist, upon seeing the King of Kings, utters the words, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world!” Jesus was perfect in every way, and He was certainly someone to behold. Moving forward from the Christmas narrative, it is important to keep in focus the reason for Christ’s coming.
