the people become impatient and feel abandoned and they tell aaron to make gods that they can worship

they through all of ther gold together man make this golden calf and they Worship it.

God Does Not Exist To Serve You

we were created to serve and worship him

the bible says that earth is his footstool

everthything in it is his that includes us.

When i was in my early 20’s i struggled with this, i would actually morally right but the moment something would come up or i would hang out with a girl i would compromise more morals for instint satifascation.

Moved back with my dad

car was repoied

i to walk and cathc the bus everywhere

but it was a time where i rediticated my self to to lettig Gods word govern my life

did i mess up YES

it took me having to lose everything but my job to say ok my way isnt working what do i have to lose

At the same time i was summitting my Mind, Body and Soul to his way of doing life.

I lost friends, i cut off alot of people that were actually pulling me away from the way of life that i needed to be on.

Transition in this season of my life i took about 9 soild months of diging up old patterns , cooping and even idols that didnt serve me and lay down some new foundation and putting Gods word in its proper place.

Psalms 37:4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

what happens is usally we read this scripture thinking that if delight in the lord he will fufill my every desire( geni status).

when in actuality its saying as we delight in him , his desires that he has for us will start to become ours.

This is hard sometimes because we have to summit to his direction sometime when we dont want to

when everything in our body whats to go against it.

We live a culture that says whatever feels good is right and we are good to the core wahtever your heart want to to do is good

but the bible puts limits on us and says that our hearts without him arnt good they are evil

most of us think we are right all the time

one of the scariest things for a christian i belive is for us to get saved but never let jesus be our LORD

Jesus Says to a group of pharises why do call me lord and you dont dont what i say

he is saying if you love me obey my Law

transition: When its not aligned properly we dont recive the full benifits,

There are are people that follow christ today but are still stuck in the same patterns and behaviors and disfuntions that they have been in for the last 10 years becuuase they refuse to let his word govern their life.

We ultimatly need to make the decsion that his way is better, best and right.

we need to put Gods word in its right place in our life

in this sermon he breaks down the heaet behind the law that was given to moses

how we should live our life as Gods people

and reveals the heart of the father

and to wrap his sermon he gives this illistation

We Need To Know His Word And Allow It To Change Us

the more we get into the word the more the more it will changes us,

i know a few people that meet with on the regular , they are suprised oh much they have grown and arnt as depressed and making bette choice.

the more you read and bienge that book the more you will grow in your walk and submisission to jesus

Trust his word over how we feel or think: I HAVE HAD TO TRUST THAT HIS WAY IS BETTER THAN MY WAY.

Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
