God’s Belt of truth reminds us that it’s God’s holding us (supporting us and not we ourselves.)

The temptation is to exchange belts. The culture would have us exchange God’s belt for a custom belt. A belt that’s a little more fashionable. After all most of us treat our faith like an accessory anyway. And if faith is something we put on and take off, then the belt that come with wardrobe might as well be an accessory.

So God’s belt of truth just become another accessory among a close full of clothing we use to cover up how messed up we really are.

So if the belt doesn’t match the wardrobe. The belt is left to hang in the closet unused.

So, now from a human stand point we understand the significant of accessories complimenting our fit. We can better understand God’s plight. God had purchased a belt, to God with his wardrobe. God went to a dem lite store called Egypt, and put on a belt called Israel and the belt appeared to be a great fit. However, the next day when God wore the belt out low and behold in the Son’s light the belt showed it true colors.
