John 1:1 (RVR60)
In the beginning the Word already existed.
The Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
2 He existed in the beginning with God.
3 God created everything through him,
and nothing was created except through him.
4 The Word gave life to everything that was created,
and his life brought light to everyone.
New Living Translation Jn 1:1–4.

Introduction

The bible says that the wisdom of God is manifold
He can be a lion, but he can become a lamb
He is Love, but he is also consuming fire
He is a King, but He can be a servant
He can be the word but He is God
He is Spirit but He can be the Angel of the Lord
The word is action, always moving, never stop working, He is way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper…..…
He is constantly changing because His wisdom is
When you read the bible, read it with this in mind, God can speak to man with 4 different implications
Personal
National
Profetic
Historic

God’s word is a seed

Listen! A farmer went out to plant some seed.
“Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.”
New Living Translation Mk 4:3–9.
There is an assignment to bear fruit and that is what the enemy is after in a church.

The enemy is after your assignment and after your faith

He is after the revelation ( Light) Calling
Faith comes by hearing the word of God and the enemy is coming to you and fill you out with arguments (church don’t have to evangelize)

As christians we need make sure we are listening to God’s Word with wisdom

This parable we just read we apply it for evangelizing or for the lost, Jesus says that the lost will not understand
Mark 4:12 When they see what I do,
they will learn nothing.
When they hear what I say,
they will not understand.
Otherwise, they will turn to me
and be forgiven.’” (So they wont understand with their intelligence) intelligence will make salvation even harder.

His disciples didn’t understand

The seed is the the word of God, and the seed represents the calling, there is a voice calling each individual but the noise of the world wont let you hear it.
God is Calling!!!!
“If you can’t understand the meaning of this parable, how will you understand all the other parables?
New Living Translation Mk 4:13.

4 kinds of Churches who receive the word.

This word is the assignment or calling that the church from every generation receives.
You have to understand that we are in this with God (Partners) if He is light, we are the lamp.
The passive or superficial Church
Mark 4:15 The seed that fell on the footpath represents those who hear the message, only to have Satan come at once and take it away.
The foot path it has a good Title “Los del Camino” they hear the call but Satan stills the message and they don’t fight back, very passive.
He is after the revelation ( Light) Calling
Faith comes by hearing the word of God and the enemy is coming to you and fill you out with arguments (church don’t have to evangelize)
Faith is men’s response to God’s word
The enemy will come against your faith and will use arguments against your assignment. He will come against the heart of the church.
He will come also to the lung of the church is evangelism.
There are so many inactive churches who satan stole the word.
Christianity is not only to wait in a chair the return of Jesus.
Esau was very superficial

Entertainment Church

The seed on the rocky soil represents those who hear the message and immediately receive it with joy. 17 But since they don’t have deep roots, they don’t last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God’s word
Mk 4:16–17
This type of churches makes crystal christians, they like events but they don’t have roots.
No Holy Spirit, no commitment, there is no greater worship than your service to God.
we have to save our friends and family.
Roots take time.
Methuselah is the man who lived almost a 1000 years in the bible but it doesn’t say he did anything, but Jesus lived 33 and did so much because didn’t come to entertain, He had an assignment.

Materialist Church

The seed that fell among the thorns represents others who hear God’s word, 19 but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life, the lure of wealth, and the desire for other things, so no fruit is produced
God is a God of multiplication and prosperity,
The enemy steals the assignment of the church by making materialist christians.
The first murder was because an offering,
(Trades begin, Business and bank accounts)
the enemy stole Cain’s heart
Gad made all those patriarchs rich.
Balam sold his assignment but not his gift.
New Living Translation, Mk 4:18–19.

The fruitful Church

And the seed that fell on good soil represents those who hear and accept God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!”
Our culture is more
New Living Translation Mk 4:20
The verse we read at the beginning explains this:
The Word gave life to everything that was created,
and his life brought light to everyone.
After Jesus explains the parable to the church, He asks them:
Mark 4:21-24 “Would anyone light a lamp and then put it under a basket or under a bed? Of course not! A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light will shine.
We are a fruitful church, lets embrace our vision and make it our mission
Mission is the reason for what we do something (Inside)
Vision is where we want to be in the future (Outside)
God’s Vision is our mission.
Our friends need to know you are the answer for them, they have to believe you, you need to go out there where there is no light and fear no evil. Bring back confidence and open your place for a bible study, this is our vision in this moment.
If you are going to die out of a sickness or a disease why don’t you want to die for the sake of the Lord.
There is a higher degree of calling
