The mature Christian has confidence
The mature Christian has confidence
Hebrews 10:19–20 (NIV)
Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,
by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body,
Luke 23:44–46 (NIV)
It was now about noon, and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon, for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two.
Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.

and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings,

The local church is where we find our strength
The local church is where we find our strength
not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Ephesians 4:11–13 (ESV)
And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,
to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,
until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood,
to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,
The church is:
where we can hear the Gospel
Where we can share the Gospel
Where we can see the Gospel
