Introduction

When it came to my parents, I can remember as a child and even a teenager I would think How did they know? How did they know when I was somewhere I wasnt suppose to be (this was without life 360). Like I could never pull one over on them.
omniscience
I think about my own children. It amazes me when they do stuff and think we wont know or wont see. But of course we do.
omnipresence
Another example. If you ask my boys, I am the worlds strongest person ever. I can take a tennis ball and hit it into the clouds and throw a ball a mile away.
Omnipotent

These three things are some of the most important things you can realize about God. As humans, we could never comprehend what it truly means to truly be omn…..
The examples I listed earlier do not come close to displaying Gods true omn……

THE FACT THAT GOD KNOWS ME, AND SEES ME, AND STILL LOVES ME DISPLAYS THE GRACE OF GOD

The New International Version (Psalm 139)
1 You have searched me, LORD,
and you know me.

This simple phrase is so powerful when you think about what David is writing. You have searched me and you know me.
This word searched is not just you look at me or you see me or notice me. But this word is specific for intently looking high and low discovering what needs to be found.
This is a surrender by david and something we all must surrender. God knows every part of you. He sees you when your sleeping….…
It ought to humble us and cause us to fear
but it also should cause us to rejoice and be comforted

2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, LORD, know it completely.

Has it ever occurred to you that nothing has ever occurred to God.
I cant shock God with my next step or surprise him with my next word. My kids can but not me to God.
help me with my thoughts and my words. how many of us would be much better off if thoughts and words were in line with God’s

5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.

Its not so that God can punish you but because he has your best interest in mind and wants to protect you, guide you and love you

THE FACT THAT GOD DWELLS WITH ME AND INVITES ME TO HIS PRESENCE, DISPLAYS THE LOVE OF GOD

The New International Version (Psalm 139)
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.

Thank God he was with me

9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”

I can tell you I know this darkness

12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.

If I take my darkness before an almighty God, he doesnt get darker but I get brighter.

THE FACT THAT GOD HAS MADE ME AND ORDAINED MY DAYS DISPLAYS THE POWER OF GOD

The New International Version (Psalm 139)
13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.

think about this. no mistakes

15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts, e God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.

19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!

Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!

20 They speak of you with evil intent;

your adversaries misuse your name.

21 Do I not hate those who hate you, LORD,

and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?

22 I have nothing but hatred for them;

I count them my enemies.

23 Search me, God, and know my heart;

test me and know my anxious thoughts.

24 See if there is any offensive way in me,

and lead me in the way everlasting.

THESE THINGS THAT ARE DISPLAYED CAN BE YOUR GREATEST FEAR AND WORRY OR YOUR GREATEST PEACE AND REST.
