I. Opening Prayer: Pastor Ramiro

He did say, how Long, How far, i hate this, why me, i dont like kids....

“Here AM I”

II. Thank you for Attenting our 1st leadership meeting of the year.

These meetings will be held every 3 months we can communicate, and give our very best to the Lord.

III. Purpose of these meetings

To Dissucss important important updates in

our ministries and the Church furture direction.

- These dates have been influenced by the Holy Spirit.

- This is to make sure that we are all on the same page going in the same direction.

IV. Meeting communication Expectations

A.) Be gental and respectfull to each other

B.) Lets be conciderate of Others

( Thats one i have to work on when im up and the Holy spirit it reminding me of things).

C.) Always assume the best of intentions from everyone present

We had to say goodby to 2023,

(The Begining)

It was our launching pad, from having bible studies at our home to the Lord openning the doors at the Daycare. We came in, and added value to the location and Remodled the back room. There we Launch at the end of April, which every step of the way was a challenge. From every Decision good or Bad brought us to the place where we are today.

(More good than bad)

(The Dreams and Vision were given and have came into Flourishent).

(Hebrews 11) says faith is the assurance of what not seen but hoped for.

Dreams where birthed, Vision was given.... and the Lord set into motion for where we are, and where we are Going.

(We Moved)

In September 1 we moved into a this Galilee Missionary church.

Here is where we have grown, and the ministries have came into motion.

We had

3 salvations

18 water baptisms

1 baptism of the Holy spirit

My heart:

- To seek what has been lost and walk them to Jesus.

- Not let one slip through the crack!

Be an intentional church

Make everone feel welcome and know that they all have a talent inside of them for his will in them and for him.

V. New Busines

A. Bilingual Service- on Hold for a few weeks /

Praying on Launch of 11 online spanish.

B. Order of Service Planning Center/ Calandar- Ale -

C. Worship Team Schedules / Calandar- Pastor Ruby will overseer

D. Womens Ministry Schduel and Team/ Calandar once a month summer off

E. Kids Ministry Scedules / Calandar / How important this minisrty is!!!

F. Community Dinners 1 once a month
